Anthony S. Yengich Born in East Chicago, Indiana on August 29th, 1931. He passed on May 7th, 2015 in Conway, WA. surrounded by his wife of 62 years, Shirley, and family. Anthony (Tony) was a devoted family man full of inspiration to all who knew him. He most enjoyed family dropping by, bbq's, holidays, birthday, his Mariners and Seahawks, and vacations throughout the world, as well as camping and fishing. He was always available with advice for his family (His favorite words "may I offer a suggestion!"). He loved to laugh and listen to stories. A cub scout leader, junior high youth leader at the church where he married Shirley, a member of the American Legion, a retired Los Angeles Marshal, a Tulip Festival volunteer. He was most proud of two thingshis family, sons Mike and his wife Shawna, John and his wife Michelle, his grandchildren Aaron, Jesse and his wife Amy, Sean and his wife Laura, and his great grandchildren Nicolas and Samantha; and being a member of the United States Marine Corp serving in Korea. We honor the manhusband, father, grandpa, great grandpa. May God wrap his arms around him and give him peace. Tony was laid to rest Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Hawthorne Memorial Park, Mount Vernon.
