Arne Arthur Silander passed away peacefully on the morning of April 10, 2016 at the age of 90.

He enjoyed a long healthy life until the end. He was preceded in death by one son Tom Silander and his surviving children are Christin Larson and Ralph Silander, he has 2 grandchildren Synova Edwards and Jacob Larson and 2 great grandchildren Gracie Sherrill and Etta Larson.

He was a very honest, ethical man, stubborn, opinionated and self assured. He passed those traits on to his kids. He was a good father.

We had some great camping trips. He taught us to fish and he used to love to dance. He would dance me around the house, listening to Lawrence Welk, with me standing on his feet. You gave us many memories. I will miss you Dad, Love Christin.
