Barbara Howe, our dear sister, aunt and wonderful friend, passed away peacefully at Josephine Caring Community in Stanwood on October 13, 2021.  She was 72 years old.

Barbara was born in Holyoke, Mass on May 14, 1949 but grew up in the Lynnwood area.  After she graduated from Mt. Lake Terrace High School, she went on to enjoy a career at Snohomish PUD in Everett where she worked for many years and loved it.

Barbara enjoyed reading, attending concerts and other music venues with her friends.  She loved singing in the choir at her church.

Despite the harder times Barbara experienced in her later life, her sense of humor and her strong faith always showed through.

The family would like to thank Josephine Caring Community and all the caregivers for the wonderful care they gave her throughout the years.

She is survived by her brother David and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister Gabrielle.
