Barbara E McCulloch

Barbara was born January 26, 1931 in Mount Vernon, WA to Margaret (Dannenmiller) and Herman J. Fisher; she passed away July 24, 2021 at her home in Mount Vernon surrounded by her family.  Barbara attended Avon and Lincoln schools and graduating from Mount Vernon High School in 1949.  Barbara started working at West Coast Telephone until 1965.  During this time she met and married Kenneth McCulloch on January 25, 1964 in Mount Vernon.  They had two children, Dan and Kathleen.  During this time Barbara stayed home to raise their children.  Barbara is survived by her husband, Ken; children: Dan (Shavon) McCulloch and Kathleen (Shawn) Nelles; and granddaughter: Madeliene McCulloch.

Ken and Barbara owned the Net Drive Inn in the 1980's.  Barbara also volunteered at Skagit Valley Hospital and the Tulip Festival.

A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, July 29, 2021, 12:15PM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Mount Vernon, followed by Committal prayers at Hawthorne Memorial Park and a reception in the Hawthorne Reception Room.
