Bernadette Faircloth "Bernie"

Born on December 31, 1950, in Newark, New Jersey

She grew up in Newark, New Jersey and then moved to California where she started a family with her first husband John Tredanary. In 1980 she moved to Seattle, then Mount Vernon where she raised her daughters as a single mother and worked as a laundress at Mira Vista for over 20 years. She met Tom Faircloth in 1996; they have been married for 30 years.

She loved spending time with her family, she loved to travel while she was able, she liked crafts and crochet, she made baby blankets and clothes. She loved power tools and fixing things. She had a large collection of gadgets. She also loved going to bingo and the casino and you could always find her on "The Green Machine". She loved music.

Bernadette is survived by Tom Faircloth (husband), Daughters Loretta Tredanary, Melissa Doerge and Kolby Doerge son in law, Nicole Tredanary and grandchildren Nick and Lynsie Tredanary, Jamey Brandon, Blakely Doerge and Vanessa Michel, Gianni Michel. Her sister Beverly Sargent and Scott Sargent brother-in-law, Christina Menendez and family and all her nieces and Nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday March 6 from 2-pm at Hawthorne Funeral Home.
