Bethene Arlys Beckett was born May 26th, 1927 in Elma, Washington where she was raised and graduated from Elma High School. She moved to Everett and worked as a nurses aid. On April 15th, 1950 she was married to George Beckett in Mc Cleary, Washington and lived in Concrete until 1957 when the moved to Mount Vernon until 2010 then moved to Shelton Washington. Bethene was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, George Beckett Bethene is survived by her children Connie (Will) Moffatt, Kevin Beckett, and Randy Beckett, grandchildren Jeremy and Todd Place, Destiny and Gerrick Koeth, and Jessie Beckett. Great-grandchildren Daniel Jr., Araceli, and Elijah Reyes, Genisus and Gage Koeth, Austin and Abigail Place, and an honorary grandmother to Countless others. Memorial service will be held Jan 18th at 1 pm at Citipoint Church in Mount Vernon. Bethene was a person of faith and lived her life serving others. She will be miss by the many lives she touched. She will never be forgotten.
