Betty JoAnne Gregory, 92 passed away April 14, 2026, in Mount Vernon, WA. Betty was born February 2, 1934, in Oak Harbor, WA to Edward and Anna Kammenga.
Betty worked many jobs. She drove long-haul Semi trucks, owned a bar and managed a band. She also served many years in Civil Services at Richards Cebaur Air Force Base in Missouri. in 1995 Betty Retired and moved back to WA to be closer to family. She enjoyed lots of camping trips and celebrations with her family. Betty was known for choosing personalized birthday cards and specials gifts. Betty had sass, spunk, and a great sense of style that will be sorely missed.
Betty is survived by her Nieces Diane (Chuck) Boetteher, Nephews John (Kathy) Kammenge and Richard (Dawn) Kammenge. Bettys great-great Nieces and Nephews were her pride and joy.
Betty is proceeded in death by her parents and big brother George Kammenga
