Obituary

On May 6th, 1928 in Burlington Washington, George and Rose (Littlefield) Rohweder welcomed their daughter Beverly Rohweder into the world. Beverly remained very close to her parents, and remained on the same property in after marrying her dear husband Raymond Waite. Beverly and Raymond raised two boys, Timothy and Russel Waite, on the same land Beverly had also grown up on.

Beverly was proud to be a third generation Burlington resident and of her Skagit Valley Heritage. She was known by loved ones for her famous blueberry bushes,  love of reading, and craving for the taco salad at the Mexico Cafe. Alongside these shining traits, Beverly was known for the resilience that comes with living a long life after your husband and children's were cut short. Beverly's own goodbye to those she leaves behind is bittersweet, as her loved ones grieve her absence and are comforted in knowing she is reunited with those she dearly missed.

Beverly's memory lives in the hearts and minds of her beloved grandson Shadrick Waite, his wife Sarah Waite, great granddaughter Miranda Mizen Waite, granddaughter Shawn Parris, great granddaughter Kelsey Parris, great great grandchildren, Chay and Brantley Parris and Brodie Stemme.

It would be remiss to end this remembrance without acknowledging the time, energy, and love Beverly's friends and cousins Julie and Richard devoted to her. Julie and Richard- thank you for all you did for Beverly in her final years.
