In loving memory of Billie Farquhar.  Billie passed away unexpectedly on May 22, 2021 in Mount Vernon at the age of 80.  Billie leaves behind her loving husband, son, daughter, brother and sister in law, daughter in law and three grandchildren as well as all those she loved dearly.
