Blanca Lilian Ortez De Martinez passed away on April 14, 2025 in Moses Lake, Washington at the age of 74. Born in El Salvador, she moved to the Skagit Valley in 1984 and lived there since. She was a proud grandmother, active church member, and a graceful woman.

Blanca was preceded in death by her young son, Juan Gabriel Martinez Ortez, her father, Tomas Aparicio, and mother, Ana Paulina Ortez.

She is survived in life by her husband of 55 years Rafael Martinez, five children, Enoc (Raquel) Martinez, David (Indah) Martinez, Walter (Kandace) Martinez, Isela Martinez and Federico Martinez. Grandkids, Enoc Alexander, Daniel, Michael, Oscar, Levi, Bailee, Sydney, Jaxon, Victoria and Havier, as well as, siblings José Raul Ortez, Miguel Ángel Ortez, Maria del Carmen Ortez, Elda Marivel Flores Ortez, José Dionicio Flores Ortez and María Saraí Flores Ortez.
