Bonnie Lee (Chaples) Echlin, age 66 passed away September 26, 2008. She was born June 6, 1942 to A.J. and Hannah Chaples. She attended Beaumont Grade School and graduated from Grant High School in 1960. Mrs. Echlin was a Navy wife, Legal Secretary and mother of two children. Surviving are her husband Delos Echlin, brother Robert Chaples, daughter Kimberly Taylor, son John Echlin, their spouses Scott Taylor and Charla Echlin respectively, and five grandchildren Roxanne, Cody, Alexandra, Jack and Elizabeth. Mrs. Echlin was laid to rest near her parents in the Cascade Mountains of central Oregon."
