Cecelia Curbow 87, passed away peacefully at Mira Vista Care Center with her husband of 54 years, Ron Curbow by her side. Born in Smithland, Iowa to Ted & Ruth Jonas on Oct. 9, 1929. She moved to Washington in 1949. She worked for Skagit Valley Telephone Co. as a switchboard operator. Later for PNB in Bellingham as operator & later in the Business office.

She married Ron Curbow Sept. 1961 in Seattle. She like to sew as well as working in the yard. She liked going long drives. Never got tired of Deception Pass and hiking in the Cascades.

She is survived by one daughter Michelle Kussy (Steve) of Birdsview. Two grandchildren, Krista Nixon (Stephen) of Texas and Sean Mohme (Amy) of Everett. One great grand child Kaleb Burgett of Texas. She was proud of her family. Also survived by sisters, Dode McCall and Betty Uhl (Wilfred) both of Iowa.

Preceded in death by sister Shirley Larson (Albert) and borther Ted Jonas (Rozena), (Earl McCall) bother-in-law.

She leaves numerous nieces and nephews.
