Colleen Lane Ringman "Connie" Connie was born October 28, 1928 in Everett, WA to Howard and Agnes Searles; she passed away peacefully at her home January 29, 2011 in Burlington. She worked for Scott Paper Company for over 20 years in Everett. She moved to Skagit Valley in 2008 to be closer to her daughter and family. She loved being with her family and enjoyed the craft of ceramics. She is survived by her son Mark and Frances Johnson and daughter Winona and Glen Powell; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; and two special friends: Harriet and Venita. She was preceded in death by her husband Don Ringman, son Brian and sister Shirley. Graveside Service will be held Thursday, February 3, 2011, 1:00 pm at Bayview Cemetery in Mount Vernon. A fellowship will follow at the Bayview Lodge. Arrangements are under the care of Hawthorne Funeral Home, 1825 E College Way, Mount Vernon.
