Constance "Connie" Coulter

July 23, 1940-October 20, 2024

Constance "Connie" Rae Coulter, 84, passed away Sunday October 20, 2024 at Skagit Valley Hospital.

Connie was born in Madison, South Dakota to Lenord and Agnes (Lowe) Noteboom. Connie graduated in 1958 from Madison High School in South Dakota. She Then went to South Dakota College for 2 years until she met Murel Coulter. They got married on December 18, 1960. Together Murel and Connie had four children. Connie lived most of her life in Snohomish and Skagit County.

Connie enjoyed attending and driving all her children to and from their activities. She was known for crocheting blankets for the family. Connie's passion was collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia. Connie and Murel would travel all over the state so Murel could umpire little league games. Connie was a huge sports fan, she loved the Mariners, Seahawks, and the Kraken.

Connie is survived by her children, Erick (Cheryl) Coulter, Margo (Doug) Van Matre, Shane (Kim) Coulter, Heather (Mark) Glenwood, and grandchildren, Stephanie (Ryan) Yarton, Chelsea (Amir) Kovesh, Alex, Gordon Glenwood, Brayden, Brooklynn Coulter. Connie had 5 great-grandchildren, Halle, Harper Yarton, Gilly, Dylan, Milo Kovesh. Sister JoAnn (Noteboom) Pugsley. Connie was proceeded in death by her husband Murel Coulter, parents Leonard and Agnes Noteboom, brothers Charles and Gene Noteboom.

The family is very grateful for the care provided by Skagit Valley Hospital.

A celebration of life is to be held November 2, 2024, 11-1pm at Stilly Valley Center 18308 Smokey Point Blvd, Arlington, WA, 98223. Memorial services will be private events for the family.
