Dale Lovett passed away in Sedro Woolley on December 21, 2018. He was born in Covelo, CA on December 5, 1927 to Edward and Alma Lovett. After spending his childhood in California, he moved to Washington by the flip of a coin.

He enjoyed fishing, working on his cowboy cabin, raising and taking care of friend's horses, sitting on the porch and watching the stars from his recliner, and watching the tv show "Becker". Dale was also a Good Sam Club member for over 30 years.

Dale is survived by his son in law, Stan Obertacz, grandsons, Mark Obertacz and his girlfriend Emilie Trantham, Aaron Obertacz (Melanie), and close friend Doris Kester. He was preceded in death by his wife Darlene and his daughter Brenda Obertacz.

There will be a private family graveside at Hawthorne Memorial Park at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Good Sam's Club in Dale's name. Arrangements are under the care of Hawthorne Funeral Home, Mount Vernon, WA.
