David Glynn Willis
July 15, 1960 - December 2, 2023
In loving memory of David Glynn Willis, a long time Oak Harbor resident, business owner, and passionate musician.
As a dedicated music teacher, he shared his love for music with countless students. Known for his patience and kindness,
he touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Beyond his musical talents, he had a deep appreciation
for cars, motorcycles, thrift store shopping, gardening, and cooking. His warm spirit will be dearly missed by those who
loved him and the community he enriched.
He is survived by his wife, Nicole Bouvion; his mother, Mary Williams; his sisters Barbara Bates and Donna Rowland; and
his niece and nephew Adriane and Thomas Alicia. He was preceded in death by his father, Glynn Willis, and sister, Diane
Alicia. He leaves behind many loving family members and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 13 at 2:00 pm at Oak Harbor Lutheran Church,1253 NW 2nd Ave.,
Oak Harbor, WA 98277.
