Delia Velazquez Celis, 53, passed away on November 7, 2020 after years of valiantly battling health problems. She was born August 10, 1967 in Nayarit, Mexico to Gilberto and Victoria Velazquez who preceded her in death. She was the second of ten siblings. She moved to the United States in 1989 and resided in Skagit County from 1995 until her passing. She was a loyal employee of Hughes Farms Inc. for 20 years. Delia was a loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend.

Delia is survived by her twin sister, Dalia; sisters, Minerva and Monica; brothers, Juan Carlos, Nestor, Jose Adan, Gilberto, Oscar and Javier; her sons, Sergio and Julio; grandson, Xavier; numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones. Her passing has left a huge emptiness in everyone that loves her but they find comfort in knowing that she is no longer hurting. She will be dearly missed. Her memory will always live on.

A celebration of life ceremony in honor of Delia Velazquez Celis will be announced in the near future.
