Doreen May Stone (Stevens) passed away May 9th, 2023 at her home in Concrete, surrounded by family and friends.

Doreen was born on April 16th 1958 in Mount Vernon to Jim and MaryAnn Stevens (Slostad).  Doreen graduated from Sedro Woolley High School in 1978. She married Dale Barrington and they had 2 children, Christopher and Derrick. In later years she would marry Cliff Stone who preceded her in death.

Doreen was an avid dart player, winning many trophies with her brother Bobby and her husband  Cliff. She also enjoyed knitting and reading and sold Avon for many years.

Doreen is survived by her sons Christopher and Derrick and granddaughter, Haedyn. Brother  Dave, sister Sally (Larry), sister Laura (Billie), sister Dotty (Cecil), uncle John Slostad (Marlies),  step aunt Linda Featherstone (Cody), step brother Harry, and step sister Machelle (Bruce). She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews and many friends, including lifelong friend Ray Bock.

Doreen was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, brother Bobby, uncle Jim, step father Earl, step mother Pat, and step brothers Eddie and Leroy.

Doreen leaves many memories with family and friends and her family would like to thank all the  caregivers and family and friends that came to visit her.
