Doris was born September 4, 1932 in Lansing, Michigan to Albert and Esther (Parks) Bopp; she passed away February 13, 2018 in Mount Vernon. Doris married Larry Dargitz and moved from Michigan in 1952, they raised their family in Burlington. Doris took much pride in her family, home and friends. She was very active with the kids sporting events. She was a member of the Skagit Golf and Country Club Ladies Group-she so enjoyed that time spent with her friends. Doris was a woman that handled everything with style and grace. Doris is survived by her loving husband Larry Dargitz, Sr.; daughters: Cheryl (Rick Mooney) DeJonge, Susan (Dan) Gooding, Pam (Eric Stollwerck, Jr.) Dargitz; grandchildren: Jordyn Dargitz, Kathi (Patrick) Fachet, Eric (Amy) Gooding and twin great-grand babies, Brody and Bryce Gooding; sister: Jean (Richard) Kranz. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother: Albert Bopp, Jr. and son: Larry Dargitz, Jr. A family service will be held in Lansing, Michigan where her cremated remains will be scattered on the family farm.
