IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Douglas Norman
Hadley
May 9, 1932 – December 21, 2023
Douglas N. Hadley, 91, joined his beautiful wife Carol Hadley and loving brother Larry Hadley in God's kingdom on Dec 21st, 2023. He was born to Ross and Edna Hadley in Everett.
Doug was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his daughters; Desta, Denise and Deirdre.
Doug joined the Air Force ROTC, graduated from U.W. and served as a 2nd Lieutenant flight navigator. During his service he received a letter from his future wife Carol; her minister had recommended Carol write a letter to Doug introducing herself. After many letters it was love at first sight when they finally met and his love for her never waivered. After his service he was employed by Boeing for 40 years as a computer tech.
Doug loved to sing, dance, ski, camp, travel, photograph, garden and spend time with his family at his ski cabin.
Doug was a truly great selfless man that provided support, forgiveness and unconditional love to his family. Doug had an infectious smile and loving soul. His family takes great comfort knowing Doug is holding Carol's hand once again.
