Eddie R Johnson Ed was born in Burlington, WA to Ed and Doris Johnson and grew up with three older sisters - Donna, Lea, and Kay - in Marblemount, WA. Ed graduated from Concrete High School. Totem Trail Restaurant and Motel in Marblemount was built and ran by his parents, where Ed worked as a cook. He was a logger, truck driver, assistant chief of police for the Cle Elum Police Department, a police officer for the town of Roslyn, and finished his working years at the Riverside Lanes Bowling Alley. Ed had three children from his first marriage - Eddie, Curtis, and April - and enjoyed the addition of two more children - Michelle and Samantha - upon the marriage to his wife Susan on November 30, 2002. Ed has a total of 9 grandchildren. Ed accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior on November 10, 2012 and was baptized on April 14, 2013 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, WA. A Celebration of Eddie's life will be held Saturday, July 20, 2013, 6:00pm at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mount Vernon.
