Elizabeth A. Johnson age 76 passed away January 27, 2009 in Sedro Woolley. She was born December 09, 1932 in Forks, Montana to her parents Swan and Karolina Olson. Then moved to Skagit Valley in 1933 and she graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1951. She enjoyed outdoors, field work, gardening, fishing and camping. Her hobbies included picture puzzles, bingo, knitting, biking and garage sales. She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Mount Vernon and Jean Thompson Children's Orthopedic Guild. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Robert, 2 daughters Cynthia K. (Mitch) Johnson and Pamela Johnson; 2 grandchildren Lauren E. Johnson and Joseph C. Johnson; 3 sisters Olga Babcock, Kristina (Ken) Allen and Ruth (Harry) Owen; 1 brother in-law Ramon O. (Donna) Johnson and numerous favorite nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother Leo Olson; 1 nephew David Radcliffe and 1 brother in-law Robert Radcliffe. At her request no services will be held. Memorials may be made in Elizabeth's name to the First Lutheran Memorial Fund.
