Emilie Klemm, 91, passed away March 18, 2014. She was born to the late Frank and Augusta Schneider and most recently lived in Sedro Woolley, Washington. Emilie grew up in Germany, later moving to France and eventually immigrated to the United States in 1957 looking for a better life. Originally she moved to Massachusetts where her sister Alma and her brother Robert and his wife Edna still live. She then headed west to Seattle and later settled in Sedro Woolley. Emilie worked hard all her life. She enjoyed gardening and loved to crochet which was evident everywhere in her house. Emily was predeceased by her husband, Julius. In addition to her brother and sister she leaves her sister in law Johanna and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held for Emilie Wednesday, March 26, 2014, 1:00 pm at Hawthorne Memorial Park in Mount Vernon.
