Faye was born September 12, 1930 in Holdrege, Nebraska to Chester and Lena David.  Faye passed away at her home on December 19, 2017.  She married Leland "Bud" Schnell on July 1, 1950 at the Burlington Methodist Church and was a member of Bethany Covenant Church for over 60 years.  She is survived by her husband, Leland; daughter, Debbie (Larry) Torseth of Mount Vernon; son, Doug Schnell of Ahus, Sweden; grandchildren, Allison Torseth of New York, Greg (Deanna) Torseth of S. Milwaukee, WI, Eric (Veronica) Schnell and Anna Schnell of Ahus, Sweden; great grandchildren, Angelina, Christian, Jailyn, Greg Jr., Olivia Torseth and Chili Schnell.  Faye was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Lois Owen.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 1:00pm at Bethany Covenant Church, Mount Vernon, WA.  Memorials can be made in Faye's name to Hospice of the Northwest, 227 Freeway Drive Suite A Mount Vernon, WA 98273 or to Bethany Covenant Church Community Garden or to Children of the Valley, 1318 S 18th St Mount Vernon, WA 98274.
