Glen Oren Chase, 74, of Mount Vernon, WA passed away peacefully on January 6, 2021, at home surrounded by his family.  Glen was born on April 28, 1946 in Mount Vernon, WA to Owen and Elsie (Ball) Chase.  He graduated from Sedro-Woolley High School in 1964 and then attended Skagit Valley College.  After school Glen worked for Intalco and then became a member of Laborer's Union and would always point out which buildings he had worked on.

In 2011 Glen married Sheri Heffley and the two remained together until Glens' passing.

Glen had many interests and hobbies.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping and was happiest when he was outdoors. Glen was a member of the Skagit Gun Club and looked forward to every winter so he could hunt snow geese.

Glen is survived by his wife Sheri (Heffley) Chase; son Glen (Angie) Chase; daughter Kelli Chase; stepdaughters Staci (Bob) Angelocci and Sheli (Corey) Grahn; sister Reta Simmons; brother Ben (Chris) Chase; sister-in-laws Becki Heffley, Carol (Forbes) Harberg, Kristie (Dan) Bonogofsky; brother-in-law Sean (Jason) Heffley-Jesus; as well as 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.  Glen is preceded in death by his parents; son Greg Chase; twin sister Glenda Farrel; and granddaughter Monica Chase.

Burial will take place at Greenhills Cemetery, Burlington, WA later in the spring.
