IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Harshjit Singh
Bhangoo
August 21, 2002 – January 15, 2024
Harshjit Singh Bhangoo was born on August 21, 2002 in Everett, Washington. He passed away on January 15, 2024 doing one of the things he loved most, riding his motorcycle "Stormy". He was on his way to Point Ruston in Tacoma, Washington when his life was tragically cut short.
Harshjit fell in love with cars and motorcycles from a very young age. He got his license as quick as he could. In 2018 his love for cars became a passion and he started a very long journey building his special Volkswagen "Destiny" that all his friends and family could recognize from miles away. This car was the first of many vehicles that helped define who he was as an individual.
Harshjit graduated Arlington High School in 2020. He was an avid runner and soccer player in high school. This helped him make the decision to join the Army at the age of 17. A career where he could continue being active and build comradery with his fellow soldiers. After completion of basic training he was stationed in Fort Riley, Kansas where he was designated with an MOS of 91B Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic. This position allowed him to build a career around his love of vehicles. In November2022 he was also deployed to Greece and Poland, where he met the love of his life, Luisa. They were able to spend several months building a life together and growing their love. This would eventually lead to Luisa joining him back in the United States when he was stationed at Joint Base Lewis McCord in Tacoma, Washington in September 2023.
Harshjit and Luisa were married on December 15th, 2023. They were able to spend a beautiful month together living in their new apartment where they adopted two young kittens.
Harshjit is survived by his wife, parents, two sisters, aunt and uncle, two close cousins, and many other friends and family.
