Ingrid Nicoline Ottesen Ingrid Nicoline Ottesen passed away October 24, 2010 in Mount Vernon, WA. She was born July 23, 1931 in Oldervik, Norway. Ingrid married in Tromso, Norway in 1956 to Arild Ottesen and then they immigrated to Canada. After a few years in Canada they immigrated to the United States and settled in Seattle. For many years she worked as a seamstress sewing custom draperies for local designers. They lived in Seattle until her husband retired in 1991 and then they moved to Norway Park in Lake McMurray, Washington. She and Arild loved to travel and took many fun trips with friends, going on cruises, and also traveled back to Norway. Ingrid is survived by her husband Arild, son Greg and daughter Lisbeth, grandchildren Devin, Dylan, Dakoda, Brooke, Karlynn and Cameron. Services will be held Saturday, October 30, 2010, 1:00 pm at Hawthorne Funeral Home in Mount Vernon with a reception to follow in the Hawthorne Reception Room
