James L. Griepsma Jim was born January 23, 1951 in Artesia, California; he passed away November 16, 2008 in Mount Vernon, following a brief encounter with lung cancer. He was a loving husband to Grace, a devoted father to Pauline and James D. and a proud grandfather of Tanya and Kassidy. He had a passion for farming, love of cows and pigeons. He was a devoted and hard working man. Viewing (family will be present) will be held Friday, November 21, 2008, 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Faith Community Fellowship Church, 1427 Monte Vista,(3 miles east of I-5 on College Way). A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, November 22, 2008, 2:00 pm at Hawthorne Memorial Park, a Memorial Service will follow, 3:00 pm at Faith Community Fellowship Church
