John F. Grazier, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 31, 2010, peacefully in his sleep. John was born in Baxter springs, Kansas on December 9, 1924 to Moses and Lucinda Grazier. After finishing school he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served from 1941 to 1945 in World War II. He married the love of his (and her) life Ann Marie Grazier on December 10, 1976, and they just celebrated their 33rd anniversary. He helped raise her 4 daughters along with his own daughter. He worked at Kenworth Truck Co. for 36 years as a lead mechanic and supervisor. John is survived by his wife Ann Marie, 4 daughters Lucinda Sue Gosselin (Pat), Cheryl J. Brantner (Rick), Michelle M. Buchanan (Rob) and Theresa L. Beard. His brother Moses Clayton Grazier (Lorene, 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. John was preceded by his parents, his sister Lucinda Mae and his step daughter Laurie Ann. His family would like to thank all of his nurses and aids for the wonderful care they gave him this last 2 ¼ years at Mira Vista Care Center. A family Memorial will be held at his home at a later date.
