We lost our gentle giant on Thursday September 20th leaving a giant hole. Konrad, at the age of 85 passed peacefully, surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren. He served in the Norwegian army during WWII. Konrad came to the United States in 1952. He resided in Spokane for 8 years before moving to Seattle in 1960 where he met the love of his life. He worked hard as a carpenter in Union 131 receiving his 50 year pin. He is survived by his beloved wife Jean Huus and six children: Jon Huus, Annie Huus, David (Nancy) Huus, Mary Ellen Huus, Kristina (Dan) Campbell, Greta (Carlos) Peralas and his eight grandchildren.
