Linda Lou Mills, 67, of Sedro-Woolley passed away Monday April 9, 2018 at her daughter's home in Ferndale WA following a battle with ALS.
Born July 4, 1950 in Sedro-Woolley WA., she was the daughter of Lloyd and Josephine Mannon. Linda was raised and lived in Sedro-Woolley her entire life.
Linda was married to Michael Mills on July 29, 1972. Three days prior to their wedding day Michael was injured and hospitalized, but determined "the wedding must go on", the two were married at United General Hospital in Sedro-Woolley.
Linda worked as a caregiver for 36+ years and retired in 2015.

Survivors include her daughter Jodie and son-in-law Derek Allen of Ferndale, Son Larry Calloway of Sedro-Woolley, brother Bill Mannon and sister-in-law Marie of Everett, brother Vernon Mannon and sister-in-law Carolyn of Camano Island, sister Mary and bother-in-law Don Knoblich of Spanaway, brother Paul Mannon of Sedro-Woolley, brother David Mannon and sister-in-law Kelli of Bow, 4 grandsons: Aaron Calloway, Travis Norris, Brandon Allen, and Jacob Allen, 3 granddaughters: Alicia Calloway, Tristana Calloway, and Larissa Allen, great nephew Shawn Kemp along with many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband Michael Mills, father Lloyd and mother Josephine Mannon, and sisters Betty Goetz and Donna Lewellen.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 1:00pm at Hawthorne Funeral Home, Mount Vernon, WA. A graveside service and reception will follow. Viewing will be offered Friday April 13, 2018 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm and Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 11:00am to 12:30pm at Hawthorne Funeral Home.
