Melvin P. Hundahl Born March 11, 1925 in Coeur d'Alene, ID; he passed away November 4, 2006, 4:00 am at Cascade Hospital in Arlington. He was the son of Victor and Marie Hundahl. At 3 years old they moved to Seattle where he lived the rest of his life. He joined the service at age 18, after the service he worked for Seattle City Light for 30 years and retired to Sedro Woolley where he worked for the Mount Vernon Mall. Melvin enjoyed camping, fishing, lapidary, gardening and his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley, his father and mother; sister, Betty and brother, Victor. He is survived by his wife, Kathy; son, Mike and daughter Leona; son-in-law, Dan; daughter-in-law, Marcia; three grandchildren, Chris, Phil and Becky; two great-grandchildren: Miklaya and Amethyst and many, many friends. Viewing will be held Saturday, November 11, 2006, 12:00 pm until the chapel service, 2:00 pm at Hawthorne Funeral Home. Interment will be at Hawthorne Memorial Park.
