Patricia Ann Seaman, age 81, passed away on April 9th, 2025, in Mount Vernon, Washington. Born on January 29th, 1944, in Omaha, Nebraska, Patricia lived a life full of entrepreneurial spirit, owning many small businesses in both Illinois and Washington. A devoted animal lover, she was known for her compassion towards strays and supported several animal charities. Patricia was a proud member of the Burlington Citizens Patrol. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernice Ann Ska and Ralph Nicholas O'Connor. Patricia is survived by her son, Ralph Spangler, and his wife Dawn of Mattoon, IL, her grandchildren Robert Aaron Spangler, Brandon Michael Spangler, Carrie Ann (Spangler) Marley, and four great-grandchildren. In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held. Patricia will be remembered fondly by her family and friends, and her beloved cat, Cassidy.
