Peggy Lou Woodmansee, 83, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2017 surrounded by family and loved ones. Peggy was born on November 13, 1933 in Mason City, IA. When she was 9 years old her family moved to Skagit County and she graduated from Sedro Woolley High School in 1951. Peggy married her high school sweetheart, Jack, and the two would have been married 66 years in November.

Peggy was a member of the Clear Lake Community Covenant Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, as well as sister and aunt.

She is survived by her loving husband Jack; children; Debbie (Mike) McManus, Mike Woodmansee, John (Lauren) Woodmansee, and Tammy Woodmansee; grandchildren; Joel (Angela) Pratt, Jason (Heather) Pratt, Bridget(Matthew) Luvera, Aaron (Nicci) Woodmansee, and Angie Woodmansee. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Peggy is preceded in death by her parents Luther and Margaret Forshee; brother Jerry Forshee; sisters Jane Young and Joan Winkler.

A Memorial Service will be held at Salem Lutheran Church in Mount Vernon on Friday September 1, 2017 at 11:30am with a reception to follow.
