Ramona "Mona" Jean Evans Douglass was our most favorite person in the world and our beloved Aunt. We will miss her dearly and forever. Mona was actively involved in our childhood, playing with us on the floor, and later card games with family. Mona and Doug were generous with kindness.

Ramona was born in Livingston, Mont. on March 27, 1929 and passed away on July 10, 2023 in Mount Vernon, Wash. During childhood she lived in Billings, Baker, Colstrip, and Forsyth, Mont. Ramona worked as a secretary at various law firms, and later for the National Forest Service, Gardiner Mont. Ramona was married in Gardiner, Mont. June 22, 1970 to John "Doug" Richmond Douglass, (b. 16 Feb 1925; d. 27 May 2009). Doug worked for the National Park Service, in Yellowstone National Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Olympic National Park, downtown Seattle, Wash. while living in Redmond, Wash., and finally, North Cascades National Park, Mount Vernon, Wash. where they retired.

Ramona Jean Douglass is survived by niece Marlene Diane Brown, Burlington, Wash; nephew Scott Mitchell Brown, Mount Vernon, Wash., great niece Savannah Janelle Brown, Billings, Mont., and nephew Ray Howard Price, Kent, Wash.
