Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that our mom, Rebecca (Becky) Lynn DeBoer (Rapp), left our sides in this world to join the sides of her loved ones in heaven on August 15, 2023.

Becky was born December 1, 1955 to Dixon and Joyce Rapp in Bremerton, WA. She grew up living in many states with her family and as she would say "a Navy Brat" as her father was in the Navy. Once settled in Skagit County Becky attended and graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1974. After high school Becky married Clarence Paul, of Mount Vernon, WA and had two daughters Katy and Heidi. Years later Becky and Clarence parted. She then met Jeff DeBoer, of Mount Vernon, WA, they married and had 4 daughters together, Rayona, Jessica, Ember and Antje and she acquired a bonus daughter Vanessa.

Becky will be deeply missed by her "stardusts from heaven" Katy (Brian) of East Wenatchee, Heidi (Steve) Chilcote of Oak Harbor, Vanessa Churchill (Rob) of Redmond OR,  Rayona (Sam) of Mount Vernon, Jessica of Oak Harbor, Ember (Nick) of Burlington, Antje of Mount Vernon her brother Rod (Renee) Rapp, sister Bobbi (Del) Herington, Grandchildren Darren, Megan, Bryce (Christina), Tanner, Alexus (Gordon), Gunnar, Lexie, North, Ethan, Evangeline, Riley, Ava, Corbin, Nixon, Eloise, Carson and Great Grandchildren Isaac, Harper and Olivia.

Becky has joined her mother Joyce and father Dixon, brother Rick, sister Rhonda, former spouses Jeff DeBoer and Clarence Paul and her long time fur companion, Autumn.

Becky LOVED being surrounded by her family. Not one of us will ever question how much she loved and adored us. She liked being known as "crazy grandma". Making each moment a memorable one. She personally enjoyed gardening, the beach, music, astronomy, baking/cooking for others, laughing, casino trips, sunsets, Italian ice, crafting and games and puzzles.

You never truly die when you live in the hearts you left behind. We love you forever and ever and always. 143
