Rebecca Van Cleave was born on February 6, 1930, in Grand Junction, CO and passed away on December 2, 2021, in Sedro Woolley, WA.

Rebecca married Robert Van Cleave (dad) November 25, 1959, in Spencer, IA where they lived and welcomed 2 daughters Roxie and Robyn.  They moved to Ralston, NE in 1969 where they lived until 1988 when they moved to Mount Vernon, WA.

She worked as a secretary for Pamida for many years in Omaha before she retired. Rebecca, enjoyed reading, traveling, spending time with family and playing computer games.

Rebecca is preceded in death by both parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters and her beloved husband Robert.  She is survived by daughters Roxie (Dave) Griffith and Robyn (Charles) Richards.  She is also survived by her 2 beloved grandkids Joshua Ford and Stacy Griffith.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 1:00pm at Hawthorne Funeral Home, Mount Vernon, WA.  A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 2:00pm at Hawthorne Memorial Park, Mount Vernon, WA with a reception to follow.
