IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Robert Brent
Cufley
September 28, 1946 – March 26, 2023
Robert B. Cufley passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023 at the age of 76. He was born on September 28, 1946, in Seattle, WA.
Bob loved so many things and enjoyed a good Manhattan cocktail (not shaken!), a rare steak, and trying new things on his Traeger. He was a skilled craftsman who could fix anything. He was always the one many reached out to for help with projects that had gone awry. Bob retired from the Boeing Company after 3 decades and spent his retirement woodworking and crafting beautiful pieces that he graciously gifted to many. He and Sue drove thousands of miles in their RV and made a lot of memories with friends along the way. Bob was so proud that he was able to visit the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington D. C. a few years ago, to honor his fallen brothers and sisters that he served with while in the Army. The outpouring of love from his friends has been tremendous. He had so many lifelong friends from his time in the service, career, and journeys through life. Please know he cherished each of you and rest assured if he called you a friend, you were his friend for life.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Susan, his son Tom (Stephanie), daughter Jill (Fred), grandsons Andrew, Juan, and Eli, his brother Tom (Marian). He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Margaret, and brother Gary. He loved his family (and dog Molly) so very much and told us any chance he got.
