August 17, 1939 - June 6, 2026

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Thelma; his children, Rhomil (Ron), Ethel (Chester), and Rhegie (Claudia); his grandchildren, Anna (Jansen), Alden (Lauren), Angel, Noji, Nico, Nica, Nandy, Neo, Bianca, and Chloe; and his great-grandchildren, Wade, Dallas, and Stevie.

He will be remembered for his warmth, gentle humor, and loving care for his family. He touched the lives of many through his kindness and steadfast presence, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation: June 13 (Saturday) 3:00 - 5:00, Hawthorne Funeral Homes & Memorial Park, 1825 E. College Way, Mount Vernon, WA

Funeral Mass: June 17 (Wednesday) 10:30 am, St. Charles Catholic Church, 935 Peterson Road, Burlington, WA. Viewing is also available before the mass 9:30-10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in his memory to the Alzheimer Society of Canada to support its important work for individuals and families affected by dementia.
