Ron L. Underwood

Born February 27, 1935 in Chicago, Illinois

Served in the U.S. Army from December 1954 to May 1958.   Had advanced training for military police where he served in Regensburg, German and Hanford, Washington.  He worked for Hewlett Packard for 17 years, then for the state as an advocate of the Washington National Guard 's family program.  Married Marjorie in 1964 and raised her 2 sons, they were married for 60 years.

Avid golfer, recreational shooter, range safety officer.

German shepherd searcher dogs of WA state, American Legion, volunteer Washington State Patrol.

Survived by wife Marjorie, Stepsons Randy (Cara), William (Cheryl), 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sister Claudette Potter. Preceded in death by Father Charles Underwood, Mother Vera Waltrip, Brothers Gary Underwood, Herb Waltrip.

There will be no service.
