Samuel Thomson Mann, 79, of Mount Vernon, WA passed away peacefully at home on November 12, 2017 surrounded by his family. Samuel was born in Louisville, KY to Frank and Lola Mann.

Samuel is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Fadra Mann and their son Troy Mann. He retired from the Census Bureau in Maryland after 30 years of faithful service.

Samuel will be interred at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA at a later date.
