Sandra Dillon, a resident of Concrete, died October 13, 2014 in Bellingham, Washington at the age of 72 after a prolonged illness. She was born in Seattle, Washington and raised in Concrete. She was a long time resident of Northern California where she raised a family before recently moving back to Washington. She worked for many years as a business manager for automobile dealerships. Survivors include her husband, Bob Dillon, her son Craig Schmid, her daughter Heidi Vrabel, grandchildren Stephen and Tawni Vrabel, sister Sharon Held, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by brothers Dick and Terry Craven. A memorial service will be held at the Hawthorne Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Washington on Saturday, October 18 at 2:00 pm.
