Shauna Van Wagner, July 16, 1954 – February 1, 2017. Shauna passed away quickly and unexpectedly Wednesday, February 1st.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Nyla Ross, of Laramie, Wyoming.  She is survived by her son Bill Van Wagner and his fiancée Jessica Waisanen; her sister Jamie Halterman (Gary) and her brother TJ (Sharon).  A longtime Burlington (Washington) resident, Shauna was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming and raised in Laramie, Wyoming.  She earned her BA in History with a minor in music from the University of Wyoming.  Working as a bookkeeper and accountant, Shauna was a gifted musician and a brilliant textile artist, working in fabric, stained glass and mosaic.  A Celebration of Life will be held at the Burlington Lutheran Church on Friday, February 10, from 3 to 5 pm.  In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Susan G.
