Thomas G. Couvion, age 91 passed away April 10, 2017 I Sedro Woolley, WA.  He was born December 5, 1925 in Sammamish Lake, WA to Bernice and Thomas A. Couvion.  Thomas attended school Kelso WA.  He joined the military at seventeen and served in the Army in WWII.  Following his discharge he attended Seattle University and graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.  Thomas worked and then retired from the Boeing Airplane Company. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, collecting artifacts and Bees.  He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Charles Catholic Church.  Thomas was preceded in death by his first wife Dorothy Riggs Couvion, parents and sister Virginia Hettinger.  He is survived by wife Barbara Couvion, son Steven Couvion, daughters Denise Alcantara, Linda Couvion, Jeanette Lightfoot and Dian Couvion, brother Robert Couvion and grandchildren and great grandchildren.  A Funeral Mass Will be held Wednesday, April 19, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at St. Charles Catholic Church, Burlington WA followed by a graveside service at Gethsemane Catholic Cemetery 37600 Pacific Hwy S. Federal Way WA 98003
