Kirk Duffy

Funeral Director/Embalmer/President

Kirk is a third generation Skagit County resident. Kirk graduated from Mount Vernon High School, he then attended and graduated from Central Washington University and Mount Hood Community College of Mortuary Science. Kirk is involved with many community events. Kirk is on the Skagit Hospice Foundation Board, the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce Board and the Mount Vernon Rotary Club. Kirk is married to Stacy and they have a daughter, Mallory and son, Kane.

Adam Crenna

General Manager/Vice-President

Adam grew up in Snohomish County, spending many summers helping his family at Hawthorne Funeral Home and Memorial Park. Adam worked in the special events industry, until 2001 when he joined Hawthorne Memorial Park. Adam has became an Intern Funeral Director/Embalmer. Adam's caring and empathy with grieving families has made him an important part of Hawthorne Funeral Home and Memorial Park. Adam is married to Liz and they have two son's, Colton and Ryan. They live in Mount Vernon.

Cemetery Supervisor

Pablo joined Hawthorne Funeral Home in 2002. Pablo is very involved at St. Charles Catholic Church in Burlington. Pablo is married to Maria, they have two sons, Issac and Ariel and a daughter, Alpha.

Richard Duffy

Retired Funeral Director/Embalmer

Dick was raised in Mount Vernon, graduating from Mount Vernon High School. He graduated from Skagit Valley Community College and then from the California School of Mortuary Science. Most people would remember Dick from Duffy's Tavern or Skagit Station Dining Company. Dick returned to funeral service in 1984 with Hawthorne Funeral Home. Dick is involved with Rotary and other community events and organizations.
